Preparation according to the manufacturer: For a 28-30 cm pizza: -120g pizza mix -200ml water -40ml oil (preferably coconut oil). Combine and a little Bamboo flour for a crispier texture. Add the water and oil together with the mix and mix. Place the "dough" on a pan or oiled pan and with circular movements and wet hands give it the round shape you desire on the pizza. You will need to wet your hands possibly several times to shape it as you like. Spread your favorite sauce on the dough and add any other ingredients you want! Except the cheese... which we will add at the end!
Baking time: 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (in a preheated oven) or until passing the toothpick test. Then add the cheese and place the pizza back in the oven until it is baked on top and the cheese melts. Baking time may vary sometimes depending on the type of oven you are using.
