The use of clay for therapeutic purposes is lost in the depths of history. We know that the Ancient Egyptians, the Aborigines of Australia, the Indians of America, the Indians, the Chinese, even the Ancient Greeks and Romans used clay for therapeutic reasons.Depending on its origin and composition, clay comes in different shades. Pink Clay (Pink Argiletz Clay or Rose Clay) is a combination of white and red clay and is rich in minerals such as pyrite, iron, and sodium. Pink Clay is considered ideal today for the care of sensitive and delicate skin, those that often suffer from allergies and/or reactions to environmental conditions. Its use is aimed at caring for the hypersensitive and tired or 'lackluster' skin. It restores the normal pH, strengthens and revitalizes the skin that 'suffers' from atmospheric pollution. Pink Clay is particularly effective and may cause local 'redness' after its application - this is a temporary 'reaction' of the skin to its active ingredients (always within the context of its treatment). It is recommended to be applied before sleep to give the skin time to 'recover'. It is usually used in the form of a 'beauty mask' (alone or in combination with essential oils).
