Dosage: Approximately 1 - 2 teaspoons of dried phlomos herb in a cup of hot water for 7 - 10 minutes can be used for treating cough, circulatory congestion, or diarrhea. Drink two to three cups of hot phlomos daily until symptoms disappear or refrigerate the tea to use it for hemorrhoid treatment.
