Organic Rosemary essential oil 10ml

Essential oils are volatile substances that are isolated through the process of distillation. Essential oils (volatile oils) are mainly produced from aromatic plants, fruits and spices and evaporate very easily. Due to their volatility, essential oils have a characteristic aroma for it and are used in aromatherapy and in the beautification of the face and body, since we have primarily introduced them into base oils - vegetable oils or flower waters. Finally, essential oils contribute significantly to the relief of physical and mental disorders and to the improvement of our daily lifestyle.

Use of Oils:

1. Inhalations: Put 2-3 drops of the essential oil in a container of warm water. Place your face over the container and cover yourself with a towel. Stay for at least 10-15 minutes.

2. Compresses: Add 3-4 drops of oil, in a bowl of warm water, (temperature of your liking) dip a hand towel, until the mixture is absorbed. Wring the towel to remove excess water and then place it on the part of the body where you are experiencing the problem.

3. Massage: Add a few drops of essential oil to vegetable oil (eg almond oil). 

4. Bath:Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to your bathtub, mix the water, stay in the bath for 20 minutes.

5. Aromatherapy: Add water and about 3 drops of essential oil to your burner, light the candle, and when the water heats up, the aroma diffuses into the space.
