Melissochorto is known for its antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial action. It also strengthens the heart and the circulatory system, causing dilation of blood vessels, resulting in a decrease in blood pressure. Its contribution to fighting viruses is considered very important. Research confirms its effectiveness in cases of herpes labialis. It is an extremely effective plant in cases of insomnia, intense stress, tension, and irritability, and can even help people with depression, thanks to its soothing and relaxing properties.
