Marjoram essential oil 10ml

Marjoram Spanish, also known as Mastic Thyme or White Thyme, scientific name Thymus Mastichina, is a small, evergreen shrub of the Lamiaceae family, reaching 30-40cm in height, endemic to the Iberian Peninsula, with small oval leaves and white flowers that emit a distinctive aroma reminiscent of eucalyptus.

The essential oil of Spanish Marjoram is distilled from the dried and blooming tops of the plant, with a yellow color and a botanical, spicy, warm aroma. Its main chemical components are 1,8-cineole and linalool, substances with significant therapeutic properties. Spanish Marjoram essential oil relaxes, calms, and stabilizes the nervous system, combats hypertension, and contributes to the treatment of anxiety, depression, and insomnia. 

Add a few drops in water, spray in the bedroom, and enjoy a peaceful and deep sleep. It is also ideal for treating migraines, headaches, mental fatigue, as well as for disinfecting and treating certain skin problems such as oily skin and acne. Its warming and soothing action is important and therefore used for massages in muscle pains and spasms, painful menstrual cramps, pains from rheumatism, sprains, and other injuries.

Additionally, it opens the airways, soothes bronchitis and asthma, while assisting in the treatment of constipation, indigestion, bloating, and colic. It combines exceptionally well with Lavender, Eucalyptus, Chamomile, Bergamot
