Hemp Flour is gluten-free, with a high protein content of approximately 29%, complete protein, and all essential amino acids. It is also the richest flour in dietary fibers, containing more than 40% insoluble fibers.
It can be used in various mixtures with gluten-containing flours (max 20%) in bread and pastry recipes.
Organic hemp flour is an excellent addition to your breakfast, cooking, or dough, adding the benefits of hemp proteins and the exceptional fiber content from its seeds. Hemp flour does not rise and therefore cannot be used on its own for bread. It is recommended to mix with other flours in a ratio of up to 25%.
