How to Use the Jade Roller:

1. After cleansing and toning, smooth a few drops of facial oil on your skin to help the Facial Roller glide easily.2. Start rolling by starting from the center of your face, under the eyes and cheekbones, moving towards your hairline with short, gentle strokes.3. Move downward to your chin, continuing to work in short strokes, starting from the chin and moving downwards to your ears.4. Roll over your eyebrows and forehead with outward and upward motions. Use the smaller roller around your eyes and pay particular attention to this area.5. Finally, gently roll down the sides of your neck and towards your collarbone.6. Place the stone in the refrigerator before use for additional cooling effects.

How to Use the Gua Sha:

1. You can use a Gua Sha on the face, body, and scalp and it is best to use it with moisturizer or oil - but never on bare skin.

2. Hold the Gua Sha tool with the curved edge to your face and gently sweep upward and outward, starting from the neck, jawline, chin, and around the mouth, between three and five times per area. Always make short strokes in only one direction, not back and forth.

3. Then, press the tool downward on the skin, under the eyes or over any redness, to soothe and depuff.4. Work the tool in small horizontal strokes above the eyebrow bone to lift, or hold and press upwards between the eyebrows to release tension.5. Tap the neck, never upwards, to drain fluid.6. If you want to reduce puffiness, work lightly and then more firmly to relax the muscles.

7. For best results, repeat this process at least two to five times a week.
