Dessert made from 100% plant-based vegan kefir, prepared through a slow fermentation process over several hours. It uses coconut pulp from freshly cut coconuts from Sri Lanka.
No dairy, no gluten.
Must be kept in the refrigerator. Should be consumed within 3 days after opening.
Ingredients: Water, coconut cream BIO (33%) (coconut 72%, water), BIO starch, thickening agent (agar-agar BIO, carob flour BIO), vegan kefir cultures.
