Blue tea-Butterfly Pea Powder 70gr

The butterfly-pea flower blue tea is a decaffeinated herbal tea or tisane, a drink made from a decoction or infusion of the leaves of the Clitoria ternatea plant and dried lemongrass. Derived from a plant that is common in most Southeast Asian countries, the butterfly pea flower tea has been made for centuries, but has only recently been introduced to tea drinkers outside the Native region. The leaves of the tea are blue and you can add color to your drink. 

One of the aspects of tea is that the liquid changes color based on the pH level of the substance added to it, for example, adding lemon juice to the tea will make it purple, enjoy this fun powder to color food your!
