In case of non-receive of the parcel, the customer contacts the store and cancels his order.
The parcel is tracked by the transport company and returns back to the store. In case of change or cancellation the customer must contact the store soon up to 4 hours after ordering. In case the customer wants to change the product because it was not who requested or did not like is contacted by phone for the reasons he wishes to make a change and depending on the case it is decided that the return will be completed financially
The return should not exceed 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, as evidenced by receipt documents and that all products, in order to be returned, must be in the original condition in which you received them.
